Located in Arugam Bay, our Surf Essential camp offers the perfect blend of epic waves, laid-back island vibes, and unforgettable adventures. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced surfer, we provide a fun, safe, and professional environment to level up your surfing skills.

Our surf camp includes 15 hours of expert surf tuition and guided sessions, primarily held in the mornings. This schedule gives you plenty of free time to explore, relax, or hit the waves at your own pace. You’ll also have 24/7 access to our surf equipment, so you can surf whenever the ocean calls! 🌊🏄‍♂️

A delicious breakfast is included each day to fuel your surf sessions, but we’ve left dinner open to give you the freedom to explore. Within just 100 meters, you’ll find over 30 restaurants serving amazing meals starting from just €2—perfect for discovering local flavors and dining on your own terms.

As a guest of Surf Essential, you’ll also receive a special discount card for restaurants throughout Arugam Bay, so you can enjoy great food at even better prices!
