Our 7-week Surf Instructor Program is ideal for surf enthusiasts of all levels. It offers comprehensive coaching from beginner to advanced techniques, preparing you to teach surfing confidently. You’ll master essential skills like paddling and guiding students, with specialized sessions in surf biomechanics, strength training, and wave awareness.

Our modern, stylish accommodation in Arugam Bay is just two years old and a 30-second walk from the beach, perfect for surf enthusiasts. Enjoy spacious 2-6-person rooms with air conditioning, a refreshing swimming pool, a serene yoga studio, and a bar by the pool.

Challenge friends to ping pong, water volleyball, or watch a movie under the stars in our outdoor cinema. Our social eating area, rooftop bar, and chill zone offer stunning views and a relaxing ambience, perfect for BBQs and sunbathing. Store your gear in our surfboard racks after a long day.

Pre-order your breakfast from our chef’s select menu and explore a variety of nearby restaurants within 200 meters for dinner. We also offer unlimited tuk-tuk service from Monday to Friday, 6 am-6 pm, making area exploration convenient and easy.

What is the duration of the surf instructor course?

The 7 Week Instructor course is 49 days, the first 5.5 weeks will be training, and the last 10 days will be the ISA exam and water safety.

Where in Sri Lanka is the course conducted?

The whole course will be in Arugam Bay, Sri Lanka Where there is a selection of 8+ surf breaks.

What qualifications will I receive upon completion?

You will receive an internationally recognized surf instructor certification, such as ISA Level 1 (International Surfing Association) or a Surf Coach certification from an accredited body.

Is the course recognized internationally?
